翔云身份实名认证服务接口,核验提供的身份证号码和姓名是否与权威数据库匹配,返回是否一致的结果,同时核验人像与权威数据库中人像相似度,返回人像比对相似度百分比,适用于在线支付、金融、出行服务、政务服务等各种需要对身份信息与证件人像及现场人像核验是否一致的实名认证应用场景

接口调用方法: post
接口接收参数:

5 img String 场景照片(JPG格式照片的Base64编码,编码后大小5KB-32KB)

7 format String 返回格式(xml或者json),如果format为空,则默认返回xml
接口返回值参数说明:

1:库中无此号
2:姓名及身份证号不一致
3:姓名及身份证号一致
4:相片质量校验不合格
2 verify_result String 对比结果
0:表示认为是同一人
1:表示认为不是同一人
2 verify_similarity String 对比相似值
分数取值范围 0 – 100, 值越大越相似
阈值是70
状态码说明:

0 调用成功(扣费)
4 核查失败
6 身份核查服务异常
